According to @TechInsiderBlog on Twitter, Samsung will offer the Galaxy A53 5G in the following two configurations: 6GB+128GB and 6GB+256GB. No, it’s not a typo. The phone will not arrive in an 8GB RAM variant, the source confirms. A benchmark listing on Geekbench last month also showed 6GB of RAM. So the claim is probably accurate. Samsung did launch the Galaxy A52 as well as the Galaxy A52 5G with 8GB RAM....
